“The venue was booked by a client of mine to conduct sales training. The Spiegelzaal room meets all the requirements for a healthy training session. Lots of light, spacious layout, and good climate control.

During lunch, Jonathan, one of the founders, joined us and passionately talked about the concept of “plant based food and soil regeneration”.

He mentioned their ingredients are delivered by local farmers within a radius of 20 km. To him good food is also about growing and teaching the chefs in the kitchen to create the maximum taste experience with a seasonal harvest.
