The Farm Kitchen processes your personal data when you use our services and/or provide this data to us. The personal data we may process includes your first name, last name, company name, address details, phone number, and email address.

The Farm Kitchen processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing a quotation and/or confirmation of our services

- Contacting you by phone or email when necessary to perform our services
- Informing you about changes to our services

- Sending our newsletter, which is only sent to individuals who have explicitly subscribed to it.

The Farm Kitchen does not retain your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Any payment data will be kept for as long as legally required by the Tax Authorities (seven years).

The Farm Kitchen never sells your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

The Farm Kitchen uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and the effectiveness of The Farm Kitchen’s AdWords advertisements on Google search result pages. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identification document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for privacy protection. The Farm Kitchen will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks. Furthermore, please note that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). The Farm Kitchen takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
